It was never our intention to ship anything used to you. Sometimes, Amazon receives UPPERCASE products that have been returned. These are typically inspected to see whether or not they can be sold again. If Amazon deems them fit to be sold again, they’ll go back into the stock. Covering the Touch bar with TPU material will significantly reduce user experience. The protector will blur the touch bar graphics and move around when you slide your finger on the Touch bar. If you want to protect your Touch bar, we offer a trackpad and Touch Bar protector set.

Yup. Our keyboard cover does not have letters printed on it so it won’t affect the AZERTY keys.

From countless experiences talking with customers, the biggest reason why your MacBook wouldn’t close properly with GhostCover is because you installed it with the plastic tray that comes in our packaging. Yup. That tray is only to prevent our keyboard protector from being folded and damaged while being transported to you. Please save yourself the trouble and only place our GhostCover protector onto your keyboard.

Typing with any protector will slightly change the typing experience, however most customers become accustomed to the feeling after a few days of use. We offer the thinnest TPU keyboard cover, but if you’re not happy within 30 days, contact us.

Yes! The double-tap feature should work if you use our Apple Pencil grip, you just need to expose the area. Slide NimbleGrip about half-an-inch away from the pencil tip.

Unfortunately, the magnetic wireless charging feature is cool but does not work with any ergonomic grip installed. Just remove the grip from the Apple Pencil 2 and put it back when charging is finished.

Totally. Our laptop screen liner can fit similarly sized laptops. Just measure your laptop to see if our screen liner will fit inside. The GhostBlanket size should be smaller than your screen but bigger than the keyboard area.

We don’t recommend washing GhostBlanket. Washing will cause excessive wrinkle and shinkage.

No, the current line up of KRADL is form-fitting and only works with 13/15” MacBook Pros (2016+), 11/13”MacBook Airs (2015+), and 12” MacBooks as specified. Using KRADL on other devices may create stability and tip-over hazards.

Sorry, KRADL’s form-fitting design only allows it to work with specified MacBooks that do not have cases. Stickers and decals are okay however.
